Shipping Policy

At dosjunior.com, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Because many of our items are custom-made just for you, please review the timelines below.

Domestic Orders
Standard (non-personalized) orders are printed, packed, and shipped within 3 business days of purchase.

Personalized & Custom Orders
Personalized items are made to order, so please allow up to 7 business days from your purchase date for your order to ship. In many cases your order will be ready and on its way much sooner — turnaround time can vary depending on order volume and the complexity of your customization.

International Orders
For international deliveries, please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your items. Don't be surprised if it arrives well before then!

Customs, Duties & VAT
Depending on your country, you may be responsible for an additional customs fee, import duty, or tax when your package arrives. These charges are set and collected by your local customs authority, not by dosjunior.com, and are the customer's responsibility.

Example: For shipments to the United Kingdom, delivery may be handled by a carrier such as ParcelForce Worldwide (PFW), which collects VAT (currently 20% of the value of the goods) plus a handling fee (typically £3–£8) before delivery.
