We want you to love your dosjunior.com order. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.
Important Notice – Personalized Items
Because personalized (custom-made) products are created exclusively for you, these items cannot be returned or refunded. Please carefully review all customization details — names, dates, colors, sizes, and spelling — before placing your order. The only exception is if the item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.
Standard (Non-Personalized) Items
You may return unused, unworn items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To start a return, contact us at info@dosjunior.com with your order number.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or there’s a mistake on our end, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the item and the packaging. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. This applies to personalized items as well.
How Refunds Work
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in return transit.
